> Commercial, turnover and deep cleaning for short-term rentals (Airbnb, Vrbo, managed vacation rentals) and luxury vacation homes in the ski resorts of British Columbia and Alberta, Canada.

## Services
- STR turnover cleaning: checkout-to-check-in cleaning scheduled from the host's booking calendar, with linen change, restocking, staging and a timestamped photo report.
- Deep cleaning: removes black streaks on walls left by chairs, skis and boots; washes walls of dust build-up; vacuums pet hair out of couches and chairs; runs vinegar through coffee machine lines; cleans inside the oven, fridge, cabinets, window tracks and baseboards.
- Commercial cleaning: recurring contracts for lodges, boutique hotels, strata common areas, ski-in/ski-out lobbies, rental shops and resort offices.

## Guest Care Cover (service plan, not insurance)
Included with turnover plans: same-day crew for guest complaints (hair, furniture placement, TV/remote), guest extras at cost (laundry, toilet paper, mailing a package), first response to guest damage (on-site clean and reset, consumables swapped at cost, photo documentation for the guest deposit, platform host protection or the host's insurer), and a free re-clean if cleanliness is flagged within 24 hours of check-in. It is a labour and response service from Sublime Peaks, not an insurance policy; it does not pay for or replace damaged property.
